DTHINKING CERTIFICATION is an interdependent ecosystem including training organizations, affiliated or certified trainers, board members and the certification body. We are all at the service of the learner and the candidate for certification, whether he finances his learning himself or whether he obtains private or public financing.
From registration for training to the issuance of the certificate, the candidate is our one and only focus. This implies:
- Training in line with the skills framework for professions and skills that are recruiting. This formation cannot be only asynchronous.
- Support, included in the training, to prepare him for the quiz and, if applicable, for his oral certification to maximize his chances of success.
- A transparent, fast and efficient certification process between all stakeholders.

D+HINKING CERTIFICATION ensures at the start of the adequacy of the training courses to the competency framework, the training of trainers to this framework and to the certification process. It controls, with learners and candidates, the different stages of this certification process, the quality of the training included.

- Un accompagnement, inclus dans la formation, pour le préparer au quiz et, si applicable, à son oral de certification pour maximiser ses chances de succès.
- Un processus de certification transparent, rapide et efficace entre toutes les parties prenantes.

D+HINKING CERTIFICATION s'assure au démarrage de l'adéquation des formations au référentiel de compétences, de la formation des formatrices et formateurs à ce référentiel et au processus de certification. Il contrôle, auprès des apprenants et des candidats, les différentes étapes de ce processus de certification, la qualité de la formation incluse.
